A case of Wilm's tumor in adult

Abstract
|
|
|
Wilms' tumor is a malignant renal parenchymal neoplasm. In about 75 cent of cases, the diagnosis is made between 1 and 5 years of age Wilms' tumor in adult occurs rarely and has a poorer prognosis.
We report a case of Wilms' tumor on right kidney in a 44-year-old man and who was treated with radical nephrectomy and chemotherapy(vincristine and actinomycin D).
